Even in covid times, do people still want to date? 

The most interesting thing we’ve learnt is that singles still want to date, despite being on lockdown. Our members have been really creative, always finding new ways to connect in this strange world. In fact, our members have been swiping more than ever. 

So, what does selective dating actually mean?

We’re known for our screening process, but it’s not a secret door to an exclusive club. We screen members to check they’re real people with serious intentions to date, keeping out the fakes, scammers or spammers. The idea is everyone on Inner Circle is someone you’d like to go on a date with, so automatically swipe fatigue is eliminated.

How has dating changed recently? 

We’ve all had time to think about what we want. For a lot of people that may be thinking about what they want from life, what they enjoy doing and what they want to do when this is all over. “Be yourself! Create your profile carefully, put your best foot forward and don’t be afraid to get to know people. Dating happens in real life, so while we try to host as many events or experiences as we can for people, it’s tricky. Do what you can, even if that means a video call for now.”
